With the pandemic, remote work has become the reality for many. While many had no choice to work remotely, the opinions of its effectiveness are all over the place. Some employees love it and some not so much. Employers run the range as well. What we do know is it is not one size fits all and making it work requires some shifts in thinking. These lessons learned are valuable and worth considering.
